Lancaster Development LLC was founded in 2006 by Gene and Tim Lancaster. The father and son team set out to create a model development company. The team brought with them many years of real estate experience . 

Gene Lancaster - President Land Acquisition: Oversees all real estate and land acquisition matters. Gene has over 25 years or real estate acquisition experience in both Idaho and California. Tim Lancaster - President of Operations: Oversees the daily operations of the business. Tim is a graduate of Sacramento State University where he obtained a bachelors degree in Finance and Computer Information Systems.  Tim spent over 15 years in the computer industry designing, managing and implementing high-end computer system infrastructures. Most recently, Tim has been constructing quality estate homes in and around Sacramento, Ca. Tim Brings many years of project management, project financing, and high-end construction experience to the business. Tim lives in California and enjoys water sports, motor sports, and wine tasting.
